  • Opening Hours:
    Saturday at 9:00 AM and Sunday at 10:00 AM. We recommend arriving 60 minutes before your wave time so you don't miss the warm-up with the coach, which starts 30 minutes before your departure.
  • Duration:
    Depends on how long it takes you to complete the course! On average, it takes about 1.5 hours, including the warm-up.

What can I expect from the event?

Is the event held indoors or outdoors?
This event takes place outdoors. If weather conditions prevent the event from happening, we will notify you via email at the address linked to your Fever account. If you have any doubts, please also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last? It depends on your pace. The race isn't timed, so you can take as much time as you need to complete it. On average, it takes about an hour.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
You will be able to purchase food and drinks at the event.
Is there parking available?
Free parking will be available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee additional dates. Please check the event page for the most up-to-date information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code? You don't need any specific equipment except for sportswear. Please note that cleats or any type of metal-tipped footwear are not allowed.
Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
There will be no merchandise available for purchase at the event.

About the tickets

Where can I buy tickets? You can purchase tickets through the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the door? We will have a ticket booth at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
No, tickets for this event cannot be transferred to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code will also be available in the confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the "Tickets" section. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us for assistance.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Date and/or time changes are allowed subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If you need to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group reservation?
You can make group reservations up to the number of tickets that our app/website allows for purchase (subject to availability). Special group reservations are not available for this event.

About event accessibility

Do I need to arrive at the start time of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Can I bring pets? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible? Unfortunately, this experience is not held at an accessible venue. We are working hard to make all our events inclusive, and we recommend checking out other experiences in your city that may be more accessible.
What items are prohibited at the event? Can I smoke or vape? Prohibited items at the event include:
  • Weapons, including firearms, projectile weapons, ammunition, tools or devices with blades, sharp edges, or points, similar to batons, and striking devices.
  • Explosives or flammable chemical compounds and mixtures, and incapacitating chemicals like tear gas or pepper spray (including replicas).
  • Alcohol.
  • Food.
  • Pets/animals (except service animals).
  • Audio recording devices.
  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia.
  • Flammable materials.
  • Torches.
  • Lasers.
  • Professional cameras.
  • Unauthorized promotional materials, solicitations, or vendors (including brochures, samples, and giveaways).

Is the experience accessible for individuals with visual or hearing impairments? We are pleased to confirm that individuals with hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition? This is a guided experience, so seating will not be available.
Will there be restrooms available on-site? Restrooms are available at the venue; please ask our staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take and share photos. Just make sure you don’t disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Where can I inquire about lost items? We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to do so on-site, please contact us.
Is there a coat check available? The venue has a coat check available; please ask our staff for directions.
Is there an age requirement? To participate in the experience, you must be at least 16 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. However, children can enjoy the attractions in the entrance "village."
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Before the race:

I can't participate in the race (due to injury or another reason). Can I get a refund? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you wish to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket identifier associated with your purchase ([What is the ticket identifier?). You can also check if this option is available by checking your ticket in the ‘Tickets’ section of the Fever App where, if it is enabled, you will see the ‘Change date and/or time’ button. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Is it possible to register as a group? Absolutely, the more, the merrier! So gather your friends and invite them along. To register as a group and start with your friends, just select the same time slot when you sign up.
Can I switch events after I’ve registered? No, once you register for a specific date (and location), you only have access to that particular edition of Bulky Games. It’s like a concert during an artist’s tour—you can’t change your ticket from Barcelona if you bought it for Madrid.
Can I change the schedule after I have registered?
It is possible to change the departure time up to 15 days before the event (subject to availability). To do so, please contact our customer service.
What level of fitness do I need to participate in the race?
You don't need to be an Olympic athlete to participate in Bulky Games: the desire to have fun is enough! However, some physical skills are essential to face certain obstacles. Everyone must be aware of and responsible for their own physical abilities before facing an obstacle. But don't worry, if you don't find it easy, all obstacles can be avoided.
Is it possible to transfer my registration to another person?
Because a waiver of liability agreement needs to be signed at the race, the ticket cannot be transferred once it is signed. However, we can offer you a voucher for you to purchase some other experience within Fever.
When can I pick up my bracelet?
We recommend you to come 1h to 1h30 before your departure to pick up your wristband and warm up.
What do I need to bring to pick up my bracelet?
To pick up your bracelet you will need to bring the QR code sent by email and your ID.
Can we register on the site?
Yes, it is possible to buy your race bib directly on the site (if there are still places available). And between us, we recommend you to book your ticket online in advance to benefit from preferential rates.

During the race:

Should/can we dress with a theme?
We love you to dress up but it is not mandatory. Please note that no specific equipment is required except for sportswear. Shoes with cleats or other metal spikes are not allowed.
What do I do with my personal belongings during the race?
An external locker is provided to leave a bag with your personal belongings. A tip: bring a waterproof bag in case of rain, a towel and warm clothes for after the race.
Can fans come to cheer?
Of course, all fans are welcome! They should stay in the areas accessible to them. The departure and arrival area remains open all day long. The bar and entertainment are accessible to fans throughout the day... Feel free to enjoy them, you are welcome!
Are there refreshment points along the route?
Water is provided along the course. A drink and light snack is provided at the end of the race.
What do I do if I can't overcome an obstacle?
Don't worry! If you don't feel comfortable overcoming an obstacle, you can always avoid it. When participating in the Bulky Games, the runner is naturally responsible for the risks he/she takes. We ask you to manage your risks responsibly and according to your abilities, but that doesn't stop you from watching and cheering on your friends... Spectacle guaranteed!
I am not registered in the same batch as my friends, what should I do?
If you want to go with them and their departure shift is already full when you sign up, you can still leave at the same time. To do this, sign up for the previous or next shift. On the day of the event, talk to someone from the organization and ask them to switch you to your friends' shift. We are flexible on that day.
What is the length of the course?
In principle, the route is 5 km long. However, the length may vary slightly depending on the characteristics of the terrain at each site.

After the race:

Are there showers?
No, there are no showers available.
Are food and beverages available on site?
There will be a bar and food trucks at the finish area.
When will we have access to the results?
Bulky Games is above all a personal challenge! Participants will not be timed individually, so there are no results.
When will we have access to the photos?
During the week, we will post general photos of the event on our Facebook page.
Is there a podium?
No, all race participants are winners!
What can I expect after the race?
An incredible area with food trucks, bar, music and attractions to enjoy with friends, family and make the most of this experience.
