What can I expect from the event?
The Bulky Games event is a giant inflatable obstacle course about 5 km long.
Where will the experience be held?
The event will be held at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza at Viale di Vedano 5 in Monza.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the experience cannot take place, we will notify you by email to the same address linked to your Fever account. Remember to check your spam folder as well.
How long does the experience last?
To get a rough idea of the length of the event, the experience will last about 90 minutes.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?
Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site. However, gluten-free or vegan options will not be available.
Is there on-site parking?
There will be parking available.
Will there be additional sessions available?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional sessions for this event. Please refer to the experience page for more details and information on confirmed dates.
Will there be virtual reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Is there a dress code provided?
Yes, we recommend comfortable clothing suitable for sports activity.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
No, unfortunately, there will be no merchandise for sale.
What level of physical fitness is needed to participate in the race?
You do not need to be an Olympic athlete to participate in the Bulky Games - the desire to have fun will suffice! However, certain physical skills are essential to tackle certain obstacles. Everyone needs to be aware of and responsible for his or her physical abilities before tackling an obstacle. But don't worry, if it doesn't seem easy, all obstacles can be avoided.
When can I collect my wristband?
We recommend that you arrive about 1 hour before your departure time to pick up your wristband and warm up.
What should I bring to collect my wristband?
To collect the wristband, you will need to bring the QR code sent via email and your ID.
Do we have to/can we dress up for the theme?
Although we encourage you to dress up, it is not mandatory. Keep in mind that no specific equipment is required, with the exception of sportswear. Shoes with studs or other types of metal spikes are not allowed.
Can fans come and cheer?
Of course! All supporters are welcome! They must remain in the areas accessible to them. The start/finish area remains open all day. The bar and entertainment are accessible to fans throughout the day... Feel free to enjoy them!
Are there refreshment stations along the route?
Water is provided along the route. At the end of the run, a drink and a light snack will be offered.
What do I do if I can't overcome an obstacle?
Don't worry! If you don't feel comfortable overcoming an obstacle, you can always avoid it. By participating in the Bulky Games, the runner accepts responsibility for the risks he or she takes. We ask you to assess situations according to your abilities and if necessary sit certain obstacles out, but that doesn't stop you from watching and cheering on your friends... Guaranteed entertainment!
I am not registered on the same shift as my friends, what should I do?
If you want to go with them and their departure time is already full when you register, you can still leave together. To do this, register in the previous or next round. On the day of the event, talk to someone in the organization and ask to be moved to your friends' shift. We can be flexible on the day.
What is the length of the route?
In principle, the route is about 5 km. However, the length may vary slightly depending on the terrain characteristics of each location.
Are there showers?
No, there are no showers available.
Is there food and drink on site?
There will be food trucks in the finish area.
When will we have access to the results?
Bulky Games is above all a personal challenge! Participants will not be timed individually, so there are no results.
Is there a podium?
No, all participants in the race are winners!
What can I expect after the race?
An incredible area with food trucks, bars, music and attractions to enjoy this experience to the fullest with friends and family.
TICKETS:
Where can I purchase tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, and on the Fever website
Can I purchase a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased on the Fever app or Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer tickets to another person. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Is it necessary to print the ticket?
The ticket can be found in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to purchase. You will also find the QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used when you booked your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased and are based on availability at the time of the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refer to the T&Cs for more information .
Can I make a group reservation?
Group bookings can be made up to the maximum number of tickets allowed on our app/website (subject to availability). There are no special group bookings for this event.

ACCESSIBILITY
Should I get to the beginning of the session?
It is recommended that you arrive about an hour before the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the following 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this event, not even service dogs.
Is the event accessible?
Unfortunately, this event is not held in an accessible location. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences more inclusive; we encourage you to check out other experiences in your city.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf/visually impaired?
Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for deaf and visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe lighting effects.
Will there be seating? Can I sit down during the event?
Walking is necessary during this event, but in case you need a rest, you can find seats for a break.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, the location has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them; just be sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?
We recommend that you ask the staff on site if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask for assistance on site, please contact us.
Is checkroom service available?
Unfortunately, this location does not have individual lockers. There will be unsupervised outside storage, so we recommend that you do not leave personal valuables behind. An additional tip: bring a waterproof bag in case of rain, a towel and warm clothing for after the ride.
Are there any age requirements?
This event is limited to guests over the age of 16.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
